Welcome to The Christian Roundtable! Who are we? What do we do? I think Ken Blanchard and Phil Hodges describe in their book, The Servant Leader, what we desire the Roundtable to be. They said, "Servant leaders, are those who consider their position as being on loan and as an act of service, look beyond their own season of leadership and prepare the next generation of leaders." Those who make up the membership of the Roundtable are committed to sharing ideas and issues that will advance Kingdom Education, not caring who gets the credit and only desiring that God gets the glory. This ministry is a "one another" ministry. We develop friendships with one another, we encourage one another, we love one another, we pray for one another, and we share issues and ideas with one another. Our desire is to live out John 15:15:

"I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you."
